Leader Masking Co., Ltd. ("LeaderMasking", "we", "us") operates leadermasking-global.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit our website or submit an inquiry through our contact form.

We collect information you voluntarily provide through our inquiry form: your name, email address, WhatsApp number (optional), country, product interest, material preference, quantity, and your message. You may also upload drawings, sample photos or specification documents. We do not currently collect analytics usage data through GA4 or Microsoft Clarity because those tracking IDs are not configured.
2. How we use your information
Inquiry data is used solely to respond to your request: our engineering team reviews your specifications, prepares a quotation or DFM feedback, and communicates with you by email or WhatsApp. No analytics data is processed while analytics tracking IDs are not configured. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Cookies
We do not currently set analytics cookies. If GA4 or Microsoft Clarity is enabled later, the site loads those scripts only when their environment IDs are configured, and this policy must continue to match the enabled tools.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Your inquiry data is accessible only to LeaderMasking engineering and sales staff who need it to respond to your request. No analytics provider receives site usage data while analytics tracking IDs are empty. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Data retention
Inquiry emails and attachments are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus a reasonable period for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your inquiry data at any time. No analytics retention applies while analytics tracking is disabled.
6. File uploads and drawings
Drawings, CAD files and sample photos uploaded through our form are transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely. They are used only for quotation and production purposes. We sign NDAs on request and never share your drawings with third parties. You may request deletion of uploaded files at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at sales@leadermasking.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Third-party links
Our site may link to external websites (e.g. WhatsApp, LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their policies separately.
