How to specifyDie-Cut Shapes & Labels.

What are die-cut masking shapes used for?

Die-cut dots, shapes and labels mask small, repeatable areas — connector pins, mounting holes, keep-out zones — with consistent geometry that would be slow and inconsistent to hand-cut from tape rolls.

Can you match a custom shape?

Yes. Send a drawing or sample and we can tool a custom die-cut shape matched to your exact feature geometry, in polyimide, PET or another heat-resistant material depending on your process temperature.

What material should I choose for die-cut shapes?

Polyimide handles the highest temperatures and is common for electronics and precision masking; PET is a cost-effective option for standard powder coating temperature ranges.
