What runs on our floor.

Our facility in Baoding is organised around the three ways masking products are actually made: molded silicone parts, converted tape products, and assembled kits. Keeping all three in-house is what lets us quote a custom plug, a slit-to-width tape and a bagged kit as one order with one lead time.

Silicone processing

Raw silicone compound is mixed and pigmented in-house, then formed on compression molding presses into plugs, caps, grommets and vent parts. In-house mold making covers the simple tooling that most custom masking parts need, which keeps custom-diameter work fast and affordable. Post-cure ovens stabilise the finished parts for repeated oven duty.

Tape converting

Master rolls of PET, polyimide, paper and specialty films run through slitting and rewinding lines for custom widths, and through die-cutting presses for shapes, dots, discs and printed labels. Registered die-cutting holds the dimensional repeatability that lets an operator place a shape instead of trimming tape by eye.

Assembly and packing

Kitting stations count, bag and label per-part-number masking sets. Export packing is standard on every order: cartons specified for sea and air freight, with moisture protection where materials require it and cleaned, sealed packaging available for finish-critical work.
