Ordering Process· 02

Ordering Process

Every order starts with a specification conversation, not a shopping cart. Send the product type, dimensions, temperature requirement, process and quantity — or just a drawing — and an engineer reviews it before anything is priced. If details are missing, we ask; if a cheaper standard part covers your need, we say so. The quotation you receive reflects a reviewed specification, which is why our quotes rarely change after order.

Once you confirm, the specification is locked in writing, samples are arranged where the project calls for them, and production is scheduled against a stated lead time. You are never guessing at status: order confirmation, production start, inspection and dispatch are each communicated as they happen.

Packaging & Shipping· 03

Packaging & Shipping

Standard export packing ships with every order: cartons rated for sea and air freight, inner bags that keep molded parts and tape rolls separated and clean, and moisture protection where the material requires it. Kits are packed per part number with counts verified at the outgoing gate, so what arrives is line-ready.

We ship worldwide by courier, air and sea, and quote whichever combination suits the order size and urgency — small sample runs typically travel by courier in days, production volumes by air or sea with full document sets. Packing photos before dispatch are available on request, and every shipment carries its certificate of conformity and packing list.

OEM & ODM· 04

OEM & ODM

OEM programs are where our in-house tooling and converting capability earns its keep: custom-molded silicone parts, die-cut programs registered to your drawings, printed and color-coded tapes, and complete masking kits bagged per assembly. Tooling paid by a customer is reserved for that customer, documented and stored under their part numbers.

For ODM work — where you bring a masking problem rather than a finished drawing — engineering starts from your process card and part geometry and proposes the masking approach, then iterates samples with your line until coverage, cycle life and cost per part are proven. The deliverable is not a catalogue item; it is a masking specification your production can repeat.

After-sales Support· 05

After-sales Support

If something is wrong with an order, tell us with photos and the order number, and we respond within 24 business hours with a concrete next step — not a form acknowledgement. Because inspection records are retained per order, most issues are diagnosed quickly: we can tell whether a dimension drifted, a grade was mismatched to the process, or handling damage occurred in transit.

Confirmed defects are resolved by replacement or credit, at your choice, and the root cause feeds back into the inspection plan so the same issue does not recur. Technical support does not end at delivery either — process changes, new part numbers and masking questions on running programs are handled by the same engineering contact who quoted the original order.
