This PET (polyester film) masking tape gives a clean, sharp mask line on flat and gently curved surfaces where a smooth backing and thin profile matter. It is rated for standard powder coating bake cycles without the backing shrinking or the adhesive breaking down.
PET film tape suits flat surfaces, PCB masking and process positioning where paper tape's texture or thickness would leave a visible edge. It removes cleanly after bake without leaving adhesive residue on the coated surface, provided it's pulled while the part is still within the manufacturer's stated removal window.
Standard widths and colors can be die-cut to custom shapes for repeat-production parts, or supplied as roll stock for line-side hand application. Confirm your bake profile and substrate before final selection if you're switching from a paper-based tape.
