How to choose.

When the job is square metres rather than centimetres, film beats tape. HDPE masking film unfolds to cover panels, glass, openings and whole sections in seconds, and pre-taped editions put the attachment tape on one edge so a single person can hang, unfold and trim in one pass.

Pre-taped film in the paint shop

The workflow is simple: stick the taped edge along your line, unfold the film over the area to protect, and press it out. Static and corona treatment make the film cling and hold overspray rather than shed dried paint flakes into fresh finish — the failure mode of improvised plastic sheeting. Sizes in our range cover everything from trim lines to full-vehicle sides.

Temporary surface protection

The same polyethylene chemistry, in thicker self-adhesive form, protects finished surfaces through downstream fabrication and shipping: stainless panels, painted assemblies, glass and polished metals. It absorbs the scuffs and swarf of handling and peels away at installation, taking the risk with it.

Specifying film products

For masking film: width, length and whether pre-taped. For protection film: surface type, adhesion level (low-tack for delicate finishes, higher for rough transport) and outdoor exposure if any. Both are stocked in standard sizes with custom slitting available.
