Peelable Maskant

This liquid maskant is a brush-applied coating that cures into a flexible, removable film, masking areas that tape or plugs can't reach efficiently - internal bores, cast surfaces, glass, or large irregular parts.

Brush application suits small runs, prototype work, and touch-up masking on specific features rather than full-part coverage. Cure time is typically minutes to a few hours depending on formulation and film thickness - confirm against your line's cycle time before switching from tape-based masking.

The cured film peels off as a single piece without adhesive residue, ready for the plating, anodizing or coating step that follows.
